Installation information

  1. Please make sure the tank wall hole equal to the connector or up to 1/32″ larger than the nominal body. If exceeding the size, the O-ring may not be sealed properly.
  2. Make sure the O-ring sealing surface is smooth with no deep scratches or burrs.
  3. When tightening nut, the O-ring seal should be in contact with the tank wall.
  4. Hand-tighten only, over strengthen may cause damage to the product.
  5. Approximate tighten units is as follows:
  6. NOMINAL PIPE SIZE TIGHTEN UNIT
    1/2″ 2/3 of a turn
    3/4″ ~ 2-1/2″ 1/2 of a turn
    3″ ~ 4″ 1/3 of a turn
